This month the Sarfan Center welcomed guests of all sizes!
Firefighters and First Responders from Fire Station #6 shared their knowledge and equipment with us during Fire Safety Week. Students toured the fire truck, learned about the important work of a fire fighter, and practiced putting out fires!
Parents, grandparents and even UJCVP leadership visited our classrooms to share their favorite stories in participation of our READ-A-THON week. Throughout the week, we highlighted the importance of early literacy and logged a total of 1,620 minutes!
The fun certainly didn’t stop there! Thanks to Angela Morris, we were able to spend our morning feeding, petting and playing with goats! We loved being able to share these special moments together.
