Join in for class at the J on Monday and Wednesday evenings with instructor Kelli Paul!
Bootcamp Fitness, LLC provides strength, cardio, core and flexibility training (modifications are always provided). Choreography shifts between cardio intervals, fun cardio "air" boxing with hand pads, bootcamp stations, strength training with dumbbells, and adventurous fitness challenges.
Participants need to bring water and a mat. Bootcamp Fitness provides all other equipment.
